The weather is finally getting warmer, so get out and enjoy it! While your little one gets some much-needed fresh air, you can squeeze in a workout with these easy stroller lunges. Here’s how to do them:
To perform, while standing still, hold onto the stroller handle with both hands while keeping your chest raised and back straight. Step back with your left leg. Slowly bend your front knee, lowering your body closer to the ground. As your front knee bends, your back knee should also bend. Lower your front knee to create a 90 degree angle, making sure that your knee does not pass over your toe line. Slowly rise back up to a stand. Switch legs, and repeat.
