This is the perfect breakfast recipe for a busy holiday morning.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In large bowl combine flour, baking powder and chia seeds. Mix well.
Add maple syrup, milk, eggs, and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
In a 9x13 prepared pan, pour batter. Sprinkle toppings on top of batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes and serve with syrup or powdered sugar or store for later.
