Combine matcha powder, water, and stevia in a blender and pulse until fully dissolved.
Add the ice and pulse until the ice crushes.
Transfer to 2 tall glasses, and fill them with almond milk (you can add more or less to your taste).
Top with a bit more matcha and enjoy.
