Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the veggies into 1/4 inch slices

Shake and Bake! Pour ingredients into ziplock bag and shake until vegetables are fully coated in mixture

Pour veggie strips onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly crispy and starting to turn golden brown.
