Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Ingredients for chicken meatloaf, grounded chicken breast in bowl, whole grain bread crumps, onion, garlic, eggs and tomato sauce all in separate bowls
  • Place the mix of ingredients in lightly greased casserole pan.
  • Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 F.
