Easy Chicken Meatloaf

This easy chicken meatloaf recipe is packed full of protein with fewer calories and saturated fat than traditional meatloaf recipes

  • 1 lbs 100% breast meat ground chicken
  • 1/3 cup 100% whole grain bread crumbs
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste (or ketchup)


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Place the mix of ingredients in lightly greased casserole pan.

  3. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 F.
