Ingredients

100% breast meat ground chicken

100% whole grain bread crumbs

medium sweet onion, diced

minced garlic

tomato paste (or ketchup)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place the mix of ingredients in lightly greased casserole pan.
Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 F.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Prep time takes about 5 minutes and it's the best when it's served with veggies!
