  • 1 medium pear
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 clementines peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium apple cut into cubes
  • 2 kiwis sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 edible eyeballs
  • 2 whole grain pretzel sticks

  1. Slice a small, flat section of the back of the pear so it can lay flat on your platter.

  2. Insert pretzel sticks into the bottom of the pear to create the turkey 'legs'

  3. Add edible eye balls (or use an edible marker) to draw eyes on to turkey

  4. Break off a small piece of pretzel (or use a slice of fruit) to create the turkey 'beak'

  5. Using six 8-inch skewers or paper straws (for young kids) layer fruit pieces onto skewers evenly, leaving one inch at the bottom of the skewer free to insert into pear.

  6. Insert skewers into pear to create 'feathers'

  7. Serve chilled.
