Preheat your oven to 375 F. With a mini cupcake pan (or regular size), line eggs in each cup, using as many eggs as you'd like to cook.
Place the pan in the heated oven and cook for 30 minutes.
While the eggs are baking, fill a large bowl with cold water and ice (an ice bath). Remove pan from oven and place eggs in the ice bath. Let cool for 10 minutes, changing the water twice.
Then, once you are ready, slowly peel the shell off, rinse and enjoy!
