  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In large bowl combine flour, baking powder and chia seeds. Mix well.
  • Add maple syrup, milk, eggs, and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
  • In a 9x13 prepared pan, pour batter. Sprinkle toppings on top of batter. 
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes and serve with syrup or powdered sugar or store for later.
