Layered Prune No Sugar Added Popsicles

If you are looking for a refreshing snack to cool down with as the weather heats up, these no sugar added popsicles are just what you need.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sunsweet Amaz!n Light Prune Juice
  • cup fresh or frozen berries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, low fat
  • cup water

Instructions

  • Add Sunsweet Amaz!n Light Prune Juice and frozen berries into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold only three-quarters of the way.
  • Cover mold (don’t add popsicle sticks yet) and freeze for one hour so that top layer is slightly firm, but not yet fully frozen.
  • Blend together Greek yogurt and water to ‘thin’ mixture enough for easy pouring.
  • Pour yogurt mix onto popsicle molds to fill the remaining one quarter section.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for five to 8 hours,until fully set.
  • Carefully remove popsicle from mold, serve chilled and enjoy!
