Ingredients:
Greek Yogurt
Egg
Water
Whole wheat pastry flour
Baking soda
Whisk Greek yogurt until it’s smooth and then add egg
In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients then add into yogurt mixture
Add water as necessary to thin batter slightly
Spoon into a pan, over medium heat, to cook
