Banana Blueberry Oat Muffins

This recipe can be made in advance to meal prep a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert option for your week.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan. 2. Place bananas in a bowl and mash them.

Step 1:

Stir in melted butter, egg, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Stir well.

Step 2:

Add oat flour and stir well.

Step 3:

Optional: add a handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips when you add in the flour

1. Pour into prepared muffin pans. 2. Sprinkle desired toppings on each muffin.⁠⠀
