Peanut Butter and Plum Jelly Smoothie

This sweet smoothie is lower in sugar and higher in protein making it a great option for anyone who has to monitor their carbohydrate intake

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbs powdered peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup ice

Plum Jelly Layer

  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Sunsweet PlumSmart Light juice


  1. Mix the powdered peanut butter into water to dissolve. 

  2. In a high-powered blender or small food processor, blend together the peanut butter, cottage cheese, and ice until smooth. Pour mixture into the bottom of a chilled glass.

  3. Blend frozen strawberries with Sunsweet PlumSmart Light until smooth. 

  4. Slowly pour mixture on top of the peanut butter layer in the glass. Serve as a layered smoothie or gently stir together with a straw for a blended taste.
