Healthy Halloween Treat - Banana Ghost Pops

These adorable ghost pops make the perfect healthy Halloween treat for kids and adults. And they can be made in under one minute!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 edible eye balls (or mini chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Cut banana in the middle to create two equal size 'pops.

  2. Insert a popsicle stick or paper straw into the bottom of the banana.

  3. Dip or coat each banana evenly in Greek yogurt

  4. Place banana onto a cookie sheet covered in wax paper.

  5. Add edible eye balls and/or chocolate chips to create the ghost face

  6. Freeze for 1-2 hours until yogurt hardens. And enjoy your healthy Halloween treat!
