Easy Cauliflower Pizza

Cauliflower pizza crust is all the rage, but it can be so time consuming to make. This simple cauliflower pizza recipe shows you how it can be made in minutes in just a few easy steps

Ingredients

  • head cauliflower
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch minced garlic
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it looks like small grains of rice. 

  2. Microwave in a large bowl for about five minutes to steam. Allow to cool and add in seasonings, eggs, and one half cheese.


  3. Divide mixture into two servings and spread out evenly onto lightly greased baking sheets (or parchment paper).

  4. Bake at 450 F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm.

  5. Top with remaining cheese (add sauce if desired) and bake for 3-5 minutes until sauce melts. Serve warm and enjoy!
