Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen organic berries (blueberries, strawberries, or a├žai berries make great choices)
  • 1 Tbs vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, berries, vanilla, ground chia seeds, and ice. 

  2. Blend on high for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached. Serve cold. Makes 1 serving.
