- 9×13 pan
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose (or 1 cup all purpose/1 cup whole wheat flour)
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 banana, diced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In large bowl combine flour, baking powder and chia seeds. Mix well.
- Add maple syrup, milk, eggs, and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
- In a 9×13 prepared pan, pour batter. Sprinkle toppings on top of batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes and serve with syrup or powdered sugar or store for later.
