Here it is- Joey’s very first modeling gig. No, I am not working on making him a baby model (I don’t think he would sit still long enough for it), but he was a great partner in shooting the exercise images for my newest book, Walking The Weight Off For Dummies, which is released this coming Monday!
Throughout the book, I discuss the various ways your can easily walk off pounds, lose inches, and shed belly fat. And with this, I devote specific chapters to special conditions and how walking is best suited for each condition (such as heart disease, diabetes, etc). So of course I wanted to devote a full section of the book to walking during pregnancy and after childbirth. Joey’s role was to help show various ways to walk of the pounds after your baby arrives to get back to your pre-baby weight and body. He helped to demonstrate Mommy & Me exercises that can be done while walking as well as exercises that can be done with the stroller. It was cold outside when he did the shoot, but he was a good sport. Luckily, thanks to our fantastic photographer Kristen Rath Photography, and my wonderful fitness models Pat and Alyson, we had his photos done in less than a few minutes and back inside in the warm house.
I’d say for his first modeling gig, he did a great job!
