Halloween is one of my all time favorite holidays, and my kids just love it. But the one thing I can’t stand is the excessive amount of sugary treats everywhere I look. I have no problem with enjoying some candy when we go Trick-or-Treating, but I like to focus on healthy Halloween treats over the candy most of the time. But it can be a challenge to find a healthy Halloween treat for kids that they love and are willing to reach for over the candy (and one that is easy to make since let’s face it- time is limited!)

That’s why I created this incredibly simple healthy Halloween treat for kids (and adults) too which is so adorable they won’t be able to resist it- Banana Ghost Pops. For these, you only need three ingredients, a few minutes to spare, and you can whip up an entire batch for a class party, Halloween party, or just for your own family to enjoy when they come in after a long night of Trick-or-Treating.

If you are worried this healthy Halloween treat may be time consuming to make, I made a video to reassure you. As you can see, even with ‘help’ from two crazy kids (who ate my ingredients before I could make the pops LOL) you can still create these banana ghost pops in record time. I can guarantee creating a batch of these cute ghost pops will be the fastest and more affordable treat you’ve made for a class party or event. Just watch my video to see what I mean 😉
